I have a roland micro cube...great, but NO bass or trebble control. I want to add bass to my uke. Will it work or wha'??

there are preamps with EQ circuits in them. I have the LR Baggs Paracoustic DI which has a 4 band EQ and can add to the lower frequencies somewhat.

I have a Roland Micro with NO bass adjustment. I have a powered pick-up w/no EQ on my uke. Is my only option a pre-amp? I want more bass. What are my options??

You'll need something between the uke and the amp. A preamp would do the job, so would an eq pedal. However, neither of these is likely to get that much more bass out of the setup. First, ukulele's don't put out much in the way of bass (there's just no low frequencies). Second, the micro cube has a pretty small speaker cone, which also limits it's ability to replicate low frequencies.
