Its been a tenor day today. Four sets of tenor uke and four sets of tenor guitar molds on the CNC. Each set included a complete top with soundhole, half a top, the outside molds and bending molds less .080 to allow for the side thickness. Guess I know what I'll be doing the next couple weeks.

cool....What's the top with the sound hole for??

That's the top profile which includes the sound hole sitting inside of the outside body molds. I use that to mark my tops and backs as well as I draw in my bracing patterns on it too.

Someone asked me about the cutting process so I am posting a photo of the layout. I used to throw headstock profiles in and amongst various parts but I seemed to collect so many, and I never used them, so I quit doing it. Their cut from 3/4" baltic birch.

Very cool, Andrew. I have my CNC setup, but have been going through some difficult times, so I haven't really started using it. When I do, I suspect I will have some questions for you!
