That thing is pretty sexy. I have been thinking about getting a banjo uke and that looks amazing. Going to go check the sound clip now.

mm stan, Thanks for the welcome and the compliments! The banjo-ukes are Richard Brown Banjos and I make them along with a line of five strings and a tenor scale banjo-uke with a ten inch rim. I have been looking at the Ukulele Underground for quite some time but this is my first post.

dnewton2, Hope you had a chance to tisten to the clips, would like to know what you think.

I listened to the clips last night and tried to find othe banjo ukes to compare sound to. I am terrible at discribing sounds but this uke has a pretty unique sound, almost more banjo like then most other banjo ukes I have heard. One thing I noticed was the sustain seemed to be lacking, it might have been the tunes or playing style though.

I really like the look of this thing and that it is made with local, to the builder, material. I am sure whoever gets this will be pleased.

Arron, Thank you for the compliment, it means a lot coming from you! I have looked at and listened to you're banjo-ukes and they are wonderful. We should talk sometime.
