I went to his eBay store and sent him an email @ his AOL address. The man replied within 10 minutes! In under 15 minutes, our transaction was complete and I have a uke on its way to me today. He works fast! Good luck.

He is always busy, if he didn't reply back it means he missed it or forgot. I've had him reply back at midnight hawaii time about sets of strings, so no thing big or small seems to matter. I'm sure he'd love to sell you a kanilea

I have made several transactions with Mike (MGM) and he has always been up front, honest, and customer-friendly to the max. He is human and can't perform miracles.

He does have stuff that isn't on his ebay site though as well.
