I guess you could consider it funny, except for the fact that its so true. I gotta admit, my first reaction was, "at least I don't have clients like that," then my second reaction was, "but I engage on a board that have members like that, so where does that put me?"

As a builder, I think the topic could be "How to irritate your builder" or "what are your priorities in an instrument?"

Love the part about ebony being slow. Yup, sure - dead slow. You tap the fingerboard by the nut, and then when you put your ear at the 12th you'll be just in time to hear the sound rolling downwards, slooowly.
