I have a fresh pair of Aquilas on my Fluke that I was thinking of putting on a soprano uke (so that I can try Fremont Blacklines on the Fluke). Is there a difference between concert and soprano uke strings aside from length? Will I be OK doing this? Will the Earth part and the seas boil? ;)

I've done it with no ill effects. The concerts might just be a tiny bit thicker, but I think they'll be fine on a soprano.

I always use Concerts on Soprano ukuleles, the very
slight extra thickness (not noticeable to the eye!)
helps to 'drive' a laminated cheapie much better,
and on my solid, gives an extra depth and sustain.

That will not be a problem. In fact, IIRC, Worth Strings do not even differentiate between Concert and Soprano sets.
