i think this could segway into more people participating in the open mic's that the UU has every now and then. perhaps they wont be as nervous playing on the streams if they start to build up slowly on these smaller scenes when they're doing it for poops and giggles.

we could do this like we did for the finals for the uke will go contest, one thread with two links to the music and a poll. every week the threads gets deleted and a new one goes up. I say we title them "uke off #1", "Uke off #2, etc", or something like that, this is to keep it orderly.

h-drix: we could just have a section for uke offs and just have them as polls, and the old ones will just be closed. at least thats how i see it, so that there would be no confusion.
