UU University - must be in the US to pay?

I just tried to sign up for the UU University 101 course, expecting that I would be able to pay with PayPal. But it took me to a form where I had to fill out my details, and it would not let me change my country from the US. I live in Australia. If I absolutely need to, I can work around this, but I would rather be able to use PayPal or be able to use my Australian credit card. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

I am in Australia and signed up several weeks ago. Just follow the link above and they will send you your details for login. It was a couple of days after payment that I got mine.
