Didn't see the conference but I read about it. Mostly I'm wowed by Final Fantasy XIII but I think that was Square rather than Xbox. Lips looks cool, but I'm not very social and it seems veeeeery partyesque kind of gaming.
Rock Band 2 had The Who playing, which was BAD ASS, but that was Konami, not Xbox. But Street Fighter IV and Megaman 9 look awesome for Capcom. Xbox themselves didn't have a whole lot of excellent stuff themselves, but their third-party people have done well for them. I was buying a 360 for Banjo Threeie anyway but that'd be a console sold otherwise, my friend.
