Custom uke, small guitar builders?

Hey everyone, been awhile!
Last year I was speaking with a few builders in the US that made nice ukes and such at very reasonable prices (basic customs around $1k).
Now I have an idea for a build and can't recall any of the lesser known builders' names/websites! Argh

I'm wanting a uke inspired small guitar, parlor or smaller.
Throw some makers on this thread please to see if I can recall who they were.

boatpaddle makes a parlor guitar as well as their ukes.

Bourgeois Guitar and Earnest are both in my home state. They have both built for some pretty cool people: Ray Lamontagne, Eddie Vedder, Ricky Skaggs.
Joel Eckhaus, from Earnest, also builds for Bourgeois. I want one of his Tulules someday...
