Hello everybody! I was wondering if contact Microphones are as good as pickups?

I am also looking for some good examples of pickups and contact mics, as I am looking to install some and I'm not sure what to buy :/

Hi!

I use Mi-Si active pickups in everything we play. They are rechargeable and they sound great. A bit expensive but well worth it.

Thank you for the suggestion! Another question popped into my head...Are pickups hard to install onto a ukulele?

on my Kamaka Concert I have a MiSi. For my inexpensive ukes I have a JJB peezio pickup installed myself.
