odius, i know but i have to write a poems for my creative writing course, this is one of the stanzas.

They’re My littlest friends and I play them all daily
I now have nine, unique ukuleles
They’re all very different, in texture and tone
So dinky, such fun but they’re taking over my home!
There’s a name for my problem it’s called U.A.S
What a wonderful way to de-stress.

most excellent work grammy!!! Can sure sympathise with the UAS...I've got a tiny little music room and the ukes are now taking up nearly a third of it!

I wrote a lil ol limerick a while back for a new member from brest...something like this from memory...

There once was a beginner from brest
Who held a uke close to his chest
That uke started singing
When those strings started ringing
And he never again felt depressed
No sadness no more
Came to knock at his door
For with a humble ukulele he'd been blessed.

cheers mate! All the best with the course. :)

I love both of these...making me realise a few things. Thanks for sharing both of you!
