I did a small project today and created a cheap uke wall hangar. I found a pack of 6 U hooks at target for $2.50. I then stopped by Lowes and picked up a few 13" oak "nosings" for $1.97 each. I messed around with a few different ideas, but in the end, I mounted 2 U hooks per nosing and then mounted them on the wall using anchors.

I didn't want to spend a lot of time on this project, as I wasn't sure how I would like the ukes mounted up on the wall. In the end, I think it looks alright. We plan to put a music print in-between the top two hangars. This is a cheap way to get a few ukes hanging on the wall. In the end, this cost less than $10.00. The kiddos enjoy having their ukes right there where they can just walk by and grab them.

Now, I need to figure out what to buy to fill up that last uke hangar...
