Hey, my cousin was asking about this one a couple months ago. From what I hear, the "anapanapa-" part goes Cm-Gm (3x) G#-Bb and the "oe mua-" part goes D#-Gm-G#-Bb.

Cm - 5333
Gm - 0231 (or 3231 in the chorus)
G# - 5343
Bb - 7565 (or 3211 in the chorus)

***should have read the previous post, if nothing else I agree with puremark on the chords***

According to my guitar, the verses are:
Eb Gm Ab Bb

going to (the relative minor):
Cm Gm a couple times

then:
Ab Bb

goin back into the verse.

There might be more to it than that since I only got a short snippet of the mp3 to work with, but that is the basic structure of the song.
