It's a black tenor Applause ukulele. OP 24+ active pickup. Tampered saddle and action. Great condition. Comes with a "fat finger" sustain enhancer and Denim Dickies strap. Great feel and tone. Definitely sounds better than a stock Applause.

Why am I selling one of my gems? Because...

I'm trying to build some funds for the telecaster that I want. I'm shooting for a highway 1 series tele which is probably gonna cost me about $800. So don't worry, it's not because I wanna quit music or anything. I just really want one of those teles. I'm selling off the black applause because I have two of them. The black one and a yellow one (see the elephant town cover) The yellow one means a lot more to me because that was the ukulele I bought after selling off one of my custom Lumanog ukuleles (which I'm still kicking myself for) Plus, it's stickered up so yeah... aesthetic value goes down hahaha.

I think the retail price on one of these is $350. This uke is still in great shape. The only thing "wrong" with it is that it's got some stickers on it. Plus, the sound quality got a lot better from when it was still brand new. So I think I can set the starting price at $300.

Now who wants to take a shot at this relic?

Would you consider putting a signature and special message on the applause to the lucky person that gets this?

What kind of strings does that applaus ovation tenor ukulele have when you first buy it? Are those strings good or did you replace it with something else?if so what did you replace it with?

hey aldrine, if you accept credit card through paypal i MIGHT be interested. I'm still debating on the type of tenor ukulele i'm planning to get, just haven't had much time to look around.

I believe it was sold . . . for now, I'm gonna lock this thread and check with AG.
