It was repaired before I bought it from Sahwn, UkuleleFriend.com.

-Sprus Top & Koa Side/Back
-Built in 2002
-Bought from Shawn, Ukulelefriend.com, in 2010
-Cracks on back and bottom repaired by Derek, GString ukulele before I bought
-Two dings on head during my possession
-Sound beautiful (volume, tone, balance all good)
-Minor wears from its age on fretboard and body but no serious at all
