I was looking for the the oldest ukulele video posted. I know youtube emerged in February 2005.
The oldest is jake Shimabukuro, posted on December 5, 2005.
"while my ukelele gently weeps" is on account smokemachine, and already has over 631,000 views. jake smoke describes as "man playing the ukulele. "

The first visual record of a person playing the ukulele (a banjolele) was made in 1927 in the movie "It" starring Clara Bow. It was still the time of silent movies, and the ukulele was already there:
