I recently come across some of doogey9's vids on UT and have enjoyed his work. He has a really nice voice and some superb picking. I don't know if Todd is a member here or not, but he should be. I have linked some of his vids below. Take a look if you aren't acquainted with his work. The Foot Percussion is neat and innovative. :) Lozark

Thanks for the link..I just made my very own "econo foot percussion"..works like a charm... I would however still love to have one of those Farmer foot drums... www.footdrums.com

These are awesome! I have a Heil Elvis-style mic, on a straight stand with a cast iron base. The Heil mics leave the bottom octave in (most mics filter it out), so when I tap my foot on the base (or on the floor if it's wood) I get a great kick sound, no extra equipment necessary.
