Hey guys
i'm getting into these cute ukuleles recently and i'm wondering
if any of you own or had owned the bell shape ohana soprano?
it's quite attractive but i'm not so sure about the sound since it's has rather shallow body.

Although I work for the company, I can't remember ever trying this ukulele properly. We even had one on display at one of the big trade shows, but I don't think I picked it up.

Keep in mind three things:

1. It is a 35 series instrument, so it is made from solid mahogany all-round. It is always going to sound great and the tone will improve with age.

2. It has a different body shape to regular sopranos so it will have a distinctive sound all of it's own.

3. It has at least the same volume of air inside it as a regular-shaped soprano, so the tone will not be in any way lacking.

Hope this helps.

Cheers for the insightful information Ken!
That does help a lot.
I think I'll order this cutie and give her 2-3 days of probation!
Have a lovely afternoon!
