If I Had You - Nellie McKay

Ok... so earlier this year I stumbled onto Nellie McKay on the TED website and I fell in love with her and her music . She does an old Standard "If I had You" and It's one of my favorite songs. I started putting together some chords just by watching and listening to her video on TED.com but I'm a bit stumped. Can anyone help me figure out the rest of the chords to this song?

Hey I did reply to your original message a while back here. Sorry no chord shapes, just names, but you can look up any you don't know, and a couple of odd ones are written out in number form, e.g. 2010=an open F. (P.s. Gm7=Bb6=A#6, all the same chord, just a music theory difference)
