Hi, I have a Mele Concert Ukulele that is solid mahogany with ebony bridge, nut and fretboard and binding. It is not a dark mahogany, but sort of pale in my opinion. The uke has some small dings in it and two little cracks that I just noticed. The cracks are barely noticeable and just starting, maybe 1" crack length.
I want to fill the cracks with glue and was thinking elmers as I have some around or maybe superglue.
As far as the rest of the uke, the top has a few dings and the back has some light ones. I could leave the uke as is, but I got it for 120 bucks with the case and it sounds good and i wanted to shine it up. I thought maybe sanding it and applying minwax? I also saw some threads talk about WATCO and Tru Gun Oil. I am curious what would be a good way to refinish it? Thanks!
