So, the first G.U.I.C. is wrapping up, with April 7th being the deadline. Our song challenge this last month was Yesterday, by the Beatles. I made this thread so that we could have all the results in one place, for easy viewing. Participants, as you upload your videos to the internet, please post the results here so we can check them out! And as people post the links, I'll update this first post with a long list of them. Everyone else, feel free to watch, comment, and enjoy!

Firstly, thanks for organising this challenge, if you do another, I may have to have a go at it myself now I know a little more about Music Theory.

Love the setting, used to do something similar when I was able bodied and we would study on B's (my best friend, carer and lives with me)'s roof and sunbathe, it was great fun!

Beautiful playing, love all the different takes on the same song!

Your own arrangement of the song of the month or whatever the time frame is. So this month's song was Yesterday and we all made our own arrangement for it.

I only finished the first two verses... haven't gotten around to learning the rest of it. But these videos are amazing!! Great job guys!!

So, I guess this edition is all wrapped up?! My wife commented on how cool this was that people were all playing totally different styles of the same song.

She is not musically inclined, and thought there was only 1 way to play the song.

I had her watch all the vids, and while all completely different, she could recognize the song in each one. That is cool.

I'm looking forward to the next one.
