Help with previous thread

I recall a thread here (I think) within past 2 months asking about a specific individual (not company) ukulele maker. A moderator intervened with specific negative comments about the quality of the workmanship by this maker. Does anyone recall the thread or the name of the maker?

Yes Stan, this is Larry. It was not Sailor. it was a guy's name. The moderator inervened with some very specific negative feedback.

Was it the Ukes made on kauai?

I think rayan intervened in a thread about Mele ukuleles.

Edit: Oops, nope. The thread Okie linked was the one I was thinking of. So it wasn't Mele.
