A unique Kelii coming hopefully soon

I was speaking with KC of Kelii ukuleles and he tells me about some old koa he acquired from the Moana Hotel in Waikiki. The wood is in the form of large planks acquired from a renovation that happened 40 years ago . Well it will be turned into Kumalae inspired sopranos. No price yet and no ETA other than he hopes to start working on them soon.

That's cool....especially since the Hotel has so much history!!! These ukes will be something special!!
