What a great idea. When I was in college, I built a desk similar to that. It was cut from a single piece of MDF and everything slotted together. Since I moved a lot then, it was nice to be able to take it apart and lay it flat.

What happened to the ones Kala came out with a couple years ago that had a similar design but leather lacing for padding? I was looking for one a while ago and no one had them anymore...
