Is this even a chord?

A couple of the tunes I'm trying out suit an open C6 chord, but with the 'A' string muted, this Jessie J tune, Price Tag is a good example.
Code:
F C6 Dm Bb (repeat throughout)

(Talk)Okay, Coconut man, Moon Heads and Pea
You ready?

F C6
Seems like everybody's got a price,
			     Dm
I wonder how they sleep at night.
Dm
When the sale comes first,
	  Bb
And the truth comes second,
			    F
Just stop, for a minute and Smile

This sounds better to my ear than playing the full C6. So what would you call that, and if I try it in front of someone who can actually play a Uke with some proficiency, will I be banished to fiery pits of hell, dammed for all eternity to play a 3 string Uke? :)

Just your everyday C. A C chord is made up of C, E and G notes.

EDIT: And I don't think anyone would care a great deal :)

I'm sure. Was my little joke, one of the things that attracts me to the Uke is the lack of hard and fast rules about playing. Works for me, so I'll stick with it.
