Sorry, they are all out of order!

-Five string banjo pot- walnut with brass hardware
-Kumalae shaped concert- all maple and ebony for a chap in Australia
-Myrtle Blackstripe tenor with black limba neck and cream ivroid binding
-All mahogany 6 string tenor with tortise shell binding. one piece top and back!
-All mahogany Kumale shaped concert

Gorgeous work. Love the tenor. As an owner of one of your blackstripe tenors, I can say they are masterfully built instruments. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

I was thinking the same thing (I'm a maple fan).

Then, I read and realized the cream of the crop is probably the Myrtle, in both looks (for Myrtle) and sound (underrated).
I made my first Myrtle uke about 6 months ago and it sounded great. Myrtle is also great to work with.....easy to bend.
 
Yup- Myrtle has been really fun. This particular board smells like cow manure when you work it!

That myrtle uke is on its way to Seattle for a well known Seattle-ite to try out.
