Thursday night I experienced something quite wonderful. The Ukulele Society of Tampa Bay puts this fun little gig on once a month is Safety Harbor, FL. I normally work every Thursday night, but due to an injury that keeps me from working my normal job, I was able to go. 4 gentlemen got up and played for us. They all were very talented and enjoyably to listen to. They even accompanied one another on the U-bass. One fellow played mouth harp while strumming the uke, it looked almost impossible! Another gentleman who collects ukuleles was there showing off a couple. Mr LoPrinzi of LoPrinzi guitars was there, too. Special thanks to Steve Boison for putting this event on, it was well worth the drive.
