:D Just had a new Black Bear Koa Concert delivered today.

It's got a solid Koa wood body, Macadamia wood neck neck with a graphite truss rod, ( I love Macadamia wood. ), Rosewood fingerboard and bridge ( String-thru body), bone nut and saddle, arched spherical back, White fret markers, with white side dots at 5,7,10 and Friction Grover tuning pegs.

Nice uke. Good sound, but the strings are still stretching and it hasn't opened up yet. I made a sound sample, but I expect it will improve.

Pretty good looking uke. Not perfect (two small finish imperfections as I expected), but built well. Here's the pics:

lovely Doc. Again, those ukes were offered at a fabulous price. Totally with you on the sound of that recent batch of koa sopranos too. For the price, perhaps one of the 'best buy' ukes I ever owned.
