I think it's Dmaj but, I'm not sure. Thanks

That's actually my preferred way to play a D major chord. Not only is it easier (for me) than 2220, but it has a more "open" sound. There are four different pitches instead of just three (instead of doubling the "A" note, like in the standard voicing, you're playing an extra D note an octave higher than the root).

I agree with JJ. A much nicer way of playing D. Such a rich and sweet sound you get from playing the extra 'D' note on the A string.

Also, adding your middle finger on the E string/3rd fret is a nice little augmentation to use sometimes with that chord.

Definately Dmaj unless you're tuned differently of course

This is a useful chord shape to know because it's quick and easy, and in re-entrant tuning it doubles the root note above and below the other chord tones. I think of it as the "C" shape because you're moving the basic C chord - 0003 - up the neck to make it a C# or D or even something higher than that.

Yes, on a soprano-concert-tenor tuned to GCEA. But on a baritone is it Amaj.
