Anyone have any tips of stores, pawn shops, etc in these towns that might have a lurking, interesting uke? TIA, g2

If you find any in Syracuse let me know not that I'm in the market at the moment. Music store at Carousel Center has some Kalas, Makalas, and others of that ilk. My ukes so far have been mail orders.

I can speak for Providence, and not much selection that I've found. Wakefield Music about 30 min south has some Kalas, Lanakai, Flukes, and maybe new Martins but nothing higher-end. Solid starters. My fav place in area (New England) is Music Emporium in Lexington MA. Good K selection - Kamaka, Kanilea, Koolau and Pono, Fluke, Honu, Scott Wise, Collings, and sometimes Moore Bettah, however they tend to sell quickly. (On my dream list.) Awesome selection of guitars too... real candy. Worth the drive. Good luck with the hunt.
