Hi all. I posted pics of my prototype tenor ukulele a little while ago. This one is the first "production" version and I'm rather pleased with how it turned out. I think it has a bit of an Art Deco look to it, with the maple & ebony accents.

Specs:

Body - 30-year-old Brazilian mahogany. Maple bindings & soundhole ring.
Neck - Brazilian mahogany; ebony fretboard (cambered) & ebony head veneer.

Peghed tuners
Bone nut & saddle
Artec passive pickup

What do you think?
Rob.

Aloha rob,
How does it sound...and what price range would it be??? Happy Strummings and Good Luck in your business endeavors..MM Stan

Cheers. I braced this one a bit lighter than the prototype and the result was much brighter and more lively sound-wise. Like typical tenor with an added hint of soprano character, if you see what I mean.

This one sold before I had a chance to make a recording with it - the price was £425.

Thanks for looking,
Rob.

I like it a lot, it does have a bit of a deco look which I'm hip to. I wanted to see a slight v shape in the headstock but I like that one too and I've used it. Now, I was thinking yesterday of a bridge design just... like... that one lol, only in a little rectangular soprano bridge, looks great.
