Neon & Smoke? What gives?

I found this video today and I watched it over and over, spellbound. This cat has one good strum it seems, but it's a good one! And he's a cartoonist to boot. I came over to post about it being my new favorite video, then I saw Gary's Sarah Palin song and now I can't decide.

An interesting sound with the saw thrown in..... always wanted to try that. Good stuff.
