Yamaha RU60. Is this a vintage model? Can't find info anywhere. Anyone know anything about them?

I saw that one on trademe also, nothing in google other than this post. The user has no feedback so wondering if its a scam. I see the same ukulele or a similar one was also for sale by another user with no feedback a wee while ago (search for 287885869 ) and that member was disabled for some reason.
I reported it to trademe to get them to look into it

yup. "removed for breaching Trademe conditions"
SO - what about this the Kiwi uke fiends? What is it?
New bridge and tuners apparently

Looks old and pretty! Google says a company called Vega often had a star inlay on headstock, but were better known for guitars. Also Slingerland made some banjoleles with a star headstock.
Have you bought it? or is it for sale online somewhere?

It's on Trademe, Velo. Unusual for such an interesting uke to turn up here, eh?
Yes- I saw the Vega connection but can't find anything that matches it.

I started another thread and the word is it's probably at cavaquinho - Portugese four string guitar type thing but slightly different tuning to uke or guit. Yes - old. Probably not spruce. Can not find an old cavaquinho anywhere on line to check prices.
