wow lol it actually sounds pretty good.

you know at my highchool (Kapolei High) the guys in are woodshop class get to make a ukulele. i would have taken the class but i don't like the teacher. at all. some of the past ukes are pretty nice too. you can even pay extra to use koa. its pretty cool i guess.

Haha..I would love to work for free with a luthier in SD so I could start making my own.......but there aren't any! I have some cool ideas that would look just awesome and would be unique too...nothing major, just some subtle changes.

You know guys, I'm sure you know about these already, but at this website, http://www.hanalima.com/ ,you can buy kits to build your own uke. Some of them are made with the beginner in mind. I think it would be a ton of fun to build your own uke.

i know my woodshop teacher back in high school used to make ukes but it got too expensive when some of the students messed up. i remember him bringing one that he made outta koa and it was a 6 or 8 string. just awesome...

also watching those youtube videos of koaloha and dasilva make me wanna be able to make a uke also. then theres that huge list of custom ukes that ukestar posted.... lol
