I'm working on a movie about a street performer named Leonard Solomon I used to watch frequently when I was a kid. After finishing the filming for my documentary, we had some spare time to play music. I kept forgetting the name of this song, calling it "Johnny in the Hills," and reversing the elevation. Hence the opening comments. Len is playing his homemade Callioforte, a portable pipe organ. This was a fun moment for me, getting to play with one of my musical heroes.

Thanks you two. I didn't build anything myself, that was all Len. I made a video for another one of his instruments called the Oomphalapompatronium, a reed organ made out of hardware and recycled materials. I didn't post it here since there are no ukuleles in it. But if you're interested it's on my youtube page. It got 50,000 views this week and is in real danger of going viral.
