Great job, where did you find the chords for that song? I wouldn't mind trying that one out...regarding the sync problem, I'm not sure. I take it the file on your computer is in sync, but the once YT does it's conversion it is out of sync? Can you upload in a different format and see if it has the same problem? For example, if you're uploading a .avi file, try Mpeg instead? Just a suggestion, I don't know if it will make a difference of not.
