You should be able to string any uke left-handed, I don't know of anybody who sells left handed cut-aways though.

Only prob of stringing an electro to lefty is the cable socket (and hence sticking out cable) will be on the top not the underside of the body, maybe getting in the way when holding and strumming the uke.
I doubt you'll find one off the shelf...

I believe that Mim has a few eleukes that are lefty. check her ebay store.
