Song Help Request A little help with some Dance Gavin Dance?

I love the song strawberry swisher pt.2, and I know the chords for acoustic, but they're to complicated to transfer to a uke.. I've played music for years, but just played.. never learned all the stuff to change keys or anything around. A bit of help?

Chords are: Gm7, Gmmaj7add11/D, Cm9, and Cm9/G.

Whatever you can give me tips or a new way to play would be awesome!

Alright I actually think I may have figured it out anyway, was just playing around and found it, just a slight fine tuning maybe.

It's: C G F, and for the chorus its Fmaj7 held 5557.

when do you switch to Fmaj7 ?
