Does anyone know anything about Lehua ukes? I've read about them a bit and they seem interesting (Australian Blackwood 0_o ) but I don't know much about them myself.

I had a Lehua long neck soprano. It was a very solid instrument. Well built, good sound...I sold it because I'm not really a concert girl. It was a very nice instrument though.

I've noticed they're a little hard to come by. It seems they don't have too many online dealers.

I saw a tenor with rope binding at the jam I go to, and that was also very nice.

That has been my only experience with them.

I've got one, a soprano. It was the first serious uke I bought. Now o'ertaken by the rest of the stable (I think there are 16 hosses in there, with two more on the way from the US of A), but I've stopped counting. I was only thinking today of putting the Lehua on the 'bay.
