God Bless The Child - Pono MPT-E

First became aware of this great Billie Holiday classic when David Clayton Thomas did it with Blood, Sweat & Tears did it in the 60's. It's been a long road from there to here. Did it on my Pono MPT-E tenor with Southcoast G-650 strings. Recorded on a Tascam 8 track Porta Studio.

Magoosan, A very nice track. I like the firmness of the strumming pattern, contrasts to the lyricism of the words in an interesting way, I think. Also, I just put on some G-650s on my Lichty tenor and am amazed in the sound: like yours, the clarity and balance of the set is amazing. Thanks.

well done, I like your arrangement..... nice crooner-esque vocals, the harmony works well, and CTurner is right, the uke sounds great and is well recorded. Two thumbs up.....
