My Koloa KU-650 Baritone arrived today. This thing has a finish that is at least two grades above what it costs. Also, it rings for days.

May want to chat with savage henry (Brian) re: his new Koloa Baritone and his present journey re: strings. I know he just got some Southcoast GCEA low g's.
 
I'll have to do that. I swapped the stings out to be starting fresh. But the only thing I could get on short notice were Martin strings, I'm not really happy with them.
 
Congratulations. I just ordered one last Thursday. Waiting on the tracking number email.
 
Congrats, I love mine too. I thought the same thing, unbelievable finish and rings like a bell. I can't believe how cheap they are.
 
solid hog? or laminate? either way, that is a nice looking uke, i love ukes with simple elegance like yours
 
According to all the materials describing this uke, it is solid.
