I also have a limit budget.
What I do is I save money to buy a great uke I really want and I lose many chances to buy some other stuffs.

gorgeous pictures. I too just aquired a crown. my 2003 tenor has neither a tie nor apin bridge, the string just goes through a hole in abalone inserts. was this a custom order?25716

I guess that's the previous version of the KoAloha crown bridge.

Yesterday KoAloha had a workshop here in Bangkok Thailand called "Before Zero Workshop". It was great and I had a great time.

? What's wrong with the frets? :confused: On the close-up, I like the detail where you still see a small amount of wood at the end of the fret wire: detail.

Congrats: Nice uke, nice wood. :shaka: What strings are you going to try on it?

that's called a bound fret board. koaloha is known for using that finishing detail. some like it, some don't.

but i was curious as to the original comment. what was wrong with the fret wire?
