FS: KoAloha crown bridge tenor sceptre

I really hate to do this.

For Sale:
KoAloha Tenor Crown Bridge Sceptre with hard case. Uke is strung with Freemont Blacklines high g.

Issues? I scratched the bridge when I tried to string it low g. Really a non-issue but you may think otherwise. Other than that none that I can find. The uke is in excellent condition having been kept in a humidified case in a humidified room.

Why? I have too many ukes. I just bought a koaloha super concert and my wife has a one in/one out policy. I have to let the sceptre go b/c I never play it and my other tenor uke has a pick-up so it stays.

I plan on shipping the uke in the yellow rectangle case unless it will not fit in the box and if that is case, the uke will be shipped in the black hard case. So...you get a hard case with it.

Sorry guitar owners, the only guitar i would consider trading for would be a Taylor. My dad has always wanted a Taylor and i would be willing to cut my losses and bless him with a Taylor.

It's beautiful. I'm sure it won't be available for long.

If anyone is on the fence about this instrument, I bought a tenor Sceptre, non crown bridge, about two months ago. It is the most incredible instrument I've ever played. The tone is amazing whether you're playing very softly or really jumping on it. It's one of those instruments that will constantly bring a smile to your face.

You know you are killing me Braddah John! More than fair price for an amazing uke! Somebody will drive by this one on the way to Rockabilly's Pineapple Sunday & just buy them both!

Now all I have to hope is that in another month a few more great ukes/deals will pop up when I can do something about it!

WOW, a sceptre and a sunday for sale on the same day, and I'm just getting used to my "plain" tenor.

I forgot to mention, I am open to trades but not equal trades. I have to recoup my super concert costs.

Well, I certainly don't think it's for lack of interest. I would jump at the opportunity ... except I've only got about half the asking price saved up at the moment. I figure that's the case for most of the people. Those with the cash likely have already made their purchases, while those with the desire just can't swing a grand just now.

Still, I'm pretty sure haolejohn isn't crying too hard about not having to part with that beauty just yet.

I have had some trade offers but nothing of interest yet. Except one. I am giving them time. No rush to get rid of it. I have only had one low ball offer

I know I have said I do not like the tenors but I have a concert sceptre with the the crown bridge and it would be nice if I could afford its big brother.
