I'm on holiday with my parents and didnt bring my uke because I didnt want to damage it and now wish I had. Also I got two of Jake S's CDs: My Life and Gently Weeps, they are so good!

next time buy cheap Mahalos for your holidays
Of course they are dreadful and no replacement for the real thing but you can stick them in your suitcase and thrash them to death.
They are practically indestructable.

I've gotten so bad that any time I leave the boat for more than half an hour I take the beachelele along. Last week I played as we walked the mile to the hardware store and back.

I always bring a uke with me in case of an emergency,but i've never had one delivered to a hotel room,that my friend,is cool!

I brought my uke on the plane as a carryon and also used hte uke bag to store some items as if it were a backpack.
