Do all Plastic Emenee sub-brand Ukes sound about the same?

Ive seen Flamingo, bandstand, Disney, etc. Are all these emenee brands from the same mold, and/or they all about the same in playabilty and quality?

No. I had a Flamingo that played pretty well. Not as good as a TV Pal or Islander, but still good. I also have a "Hootenanny" uke - probably made later in the 1960's - that was brittle with age. The tuners and the body top started to break.
