FWIW, this link leads to a Google documents website for which permission is required to enter.

Doh, I was afraid of that. Maybe only the owner of the document can send the link out? Not sure, but the originator/owner is UU member pdxuke and it is a Google documents page. Maybe you can get there via the UKE STRING DATABASE link in his profile?
