over on the right hand side, under the chord shapes, it says "tuning" and you can select ukulele. one of the cool things about chordie. welcome to UU by the way!

Thank you. But these are guitar chords. i was looking for ukulele chords.....

Hi Rihanna

A chord is same for any instruments. Its chord fingering (shape) is different for each instrument. What we do is to take whatever chord it says, and check the chord shape on a ukulele chord book. Before you know, you will know most common chords and won't need a chord book often.

The only time you have to watch out is if the chord chart says "capo 5" (for example). A capo is a little devide that transpose a note up. Sometimes, guitar music is notated with C chord with capo5, and it means you play C chord shape on a guitar with capo on 5th fret so the actual pitch is shifted up. If you see that, you need to figure out an actual chord (I bet there are tables on-line that show you) and then look for ukulele chords.

It sounds complicated but actually very straight forward.
