As I anxiously await the arrival of my forthcoming Koa Pili Koko tenor uke, I figured I might as well post pics that the seller had sent to me...

Any other KPK owners out there in UU land?

Once it arrives, I'll give you guys the update.

It is beautiful. I had one and gave it to my daughter-in-law. She loves it!

Congratulations! The best low value I've ever played:
Currently, the KPK Tenor is the best KPK sound. I bought a soprano KPK, a tenor KPK and a concert KPK recently, and the only one I kept was the tenor .... sound is warm, loud and resonant. The tone of acacia koa has is very "woody" with Worth Clears, and has the correct thickness, and the back body curved shape with satin finish is fantastic!. Here's a video review I did for my Brazilian friends, with a demonstration of the sound at the end.

Very nice looking uke. I have a Melokia concert ( made in the same factory, but solid mahogany) and it's one of my favorites. I have Worth clears on it and love the sound.
