Better Business Bureau's grade on Calton Cases

I saw this at a guitar newsgroup and thought some might be interested. I guess I should've seen this coming

Note that this is Calton (north America). There is another division in UK, Calton Cases, and they are (as far as I know) separate entities - correct me if I'm mistaken

I own three Calton cases and am sad to see a good company going down the tube so rapidly.

That's a shame, but I figured this was coming.
